Our Framework for Determining Your ABX Maturity Level

  • Part One: Evaluating Your Average Dimension Score

    Each question is scored from 1 to 4, with levels ranging from Basic to Advanced. Your scores are added within each dimension, then divide by the number of questions to get your Average Dimension Score—an easy way to see where your strengths lie and where there’s room to grow.

  • Part Two: Calculating Your Overall ABX Maturity Score

    Your average scores are summed up across all eight dimensions, then divided by 8 to reveal your current maturity level. With a clear view of your maturity level, you can strategically plan the next steps to drive ABX growth, optimize performance, and evolve into a high-impact, mature organization.
