In this role, Heinig will play a pivotal part in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy, overseeing key functions such as sales, pre-sales, customer success, and 2X’s partner strategy to drive business growth and customer health.
As CRO, Heinig’s primary focus will be addressing the Marketing Resource Paradox, which revolves around marketers consistently losing budget while simultaneously being challenged to provide more revenue impact—today, an unfortunately never-ending, impossible-to-solve chicken or egg paradox. Heinig brings over 15 years of experience in technology and software sales, establishing himself as a servant-based but results-driven leader. Before 2X, Heinig was the VP of Americas at ThoughtSpot, leading all segments and verticals in their Americas GTM team. Previously, he has held multiple leadership roles at AppDynamics, Qlik, and ADP. Heinig earned his degree from Dickinson College and is based in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, north of Philadelphia, where 2X is headquartered.
