2X Appoints Christophe Cases as Chief Services Officer

Cases to Lead Strategic Service Initiatives of Optimizing Service Technology and Operations While Driving Revenue Growth

BERWYN, PA — February 2, 2024 — 2X, a leading B2B-focused marketing-as-a-service (MaaS) firm, today announces the appointment of Christophe Cases as its new Chief Services Officer (CSO). In this role, Cases will manage service initiatives across people, products, and processes within the 2X business. Cases will report directly to 2X CEO Domenic Colasante.

As a key advisor and leader, Cases will play a pivotal role in guiding the company’s evolution in terms of organization, processes, and management talent. Joining the 2X Leadership Team (2LT), Cases will collaborate strategically with other 2LT members, including C-level executives and the Heads of Malaysia and the Philippines, to drive accelerated growth. In his role, Cases will oversee global service delivery, reporting from 2X delivery centers in Kuala Lumpur and Manila. 

Cases has more than two decades of experience in technology, media, and advertising, with a strong track record in notable businesses across the US and Asia. Prior to joining the 2X team, he held leadership positions in renowned organizations such as Accenture, EY, Capgemini, and Havas.

Most recently, Cases served as the COO and CRO for Capgemini Invent, the Innovation and Digital Transformation practice of Capgemini in North America. In this role, he spearheaded strategic initiatives and digital transformations. Cases has also served as the Deputy Global Managing Director and Greater China CEO of Havas, a leading worldwide advertising and public relations organization operating in over 100 countries. There, he collaborated with Fortune 500 CMOs on marketing and communications strategies and played a critical role in reorganizing Havas Media to support ambitious growth. He also led the group’s transition to digital, significantly boosting performance and metrics in the Greater China operations.  

Before that, Cases held positions as a Managing Consultant and Managing Director at EY and Accenture, where he drove new business acquisitions and implemented successful sales strategies. His contributions unleashed the energy of teams to create unparalleled value.
